The Selenkay Conservancy is situated near the northern boundary of Amboseli National Park about 100 miles from Nairobi and a three-hour drive. It is important dispersal area and rangeland for wildlife migrating out of Amboseli. The benefit of staying in a Conservancy in Amboseli, is you get to stretch your legs on a guided nature walk.
Roads to the conservancy have been built and a single camp built on it.
A visit to the conservancy visitors are able to spot elephant, Thomson and Grant’s gazelles, lions, cheetahs and leopards, bat eared fox, mongooses, porcupine, giraffe and yellow baboon among the many now indigenous species.
